All orders are accepted subject to crop, they are supplied in strict rotation and despatched during September and October Horticultural VAT Registration Number 956 5714 840000 Payment is requested with order, unless satisfactory credit arrangements exist, then all accounts are due within one month of delivery. Overdue accounts are charged 2.5% per month. For our overseas customers, when making your payment it will be appreciated if you will pay by Sterling, International Money Order, or by cheque in USA Dollars drawn on USA Bank or by Credit Card unless other arrangements have been agreed. We believe our stocks to be free of pests and disease and are rigorously checked throughout the growing season. In case of complaint, return the goods within 14 Days of receipt for full refund (including postage), or replacement. No liability will be accepted after this, as we cannot be held responsible for customers’ storage or cultural conditions. We are primarily a small mail order business, but customers are most welcome to view the stocks in the fields by prior appointment. We are happy to supply bulbs anywhere in the world, but where import permits are required please send this with your order. All post is charged at stated rates. In the event of prepaid orders please add postage towards the cost. Extra bulbs will be supplied in the event of excess post. Postage and Phytosanitory Certificates (where applicable) including costs to countries outside of the UK. Physanitory Certificate are required for counties outside of Europe an additional charge of £12 made.
